J.R. previously spent seven years at Alterra Real Estate Advisors as a Commercial Sales & Leasing Agent. Specialized in tenant and landlord representation for industrial, flex, office, and medical office property sales and leasing. He received his bachelor’s degree from John Carroll University, where he was a member of the JCU Tennis Team. In his spare time, J.R. is a sports enthusiast with a passion for golf, Mediterranean food and outdoor activities. He is also active in the Pets for Vets nonprofit organization to help make a difference in the lives of Veterans and rescued animals. JR and his wife reside in St Petersburg.
