Originally from Medellín, Colombia, Juan Alarcon has proudly called the Treasure Coast home since 2000. After earning his degree from Strayer University in Virginia, Juan spent the next 10 years building a successful career as an accountant in the financial sector. Though thriving in the corporate world, he felt a deeper calling — one that led him to take a bold leap into commercial real estate.
