Bio
Julia focuses on leading and driving relationships, specifically with the growth of Cornerstone’s development platform. To date, Cornerstone has successfully completed more than $1 billion of medical office development and construction projects. Julia has 13 years of experience in asset management and leasing of medical office properties across the country. She loves creating an environment and culture where her team can be proud of the work they are doing together creating truly valuable solutions for clients.
Prior to joining Cornerstone, Julia oversaw a 9 million square foot portfolio of medical office properties throughout the Midwest and East Coast for HTA – a publicly traded real estate investment trust. She has a bachelor’s degree in International Business and Marketing from Butler University – Lacy School of Business.
