Julian is directly responsible for industrial brokerage and development in the southeast region. He brings more than 20+ years of brokerage, development and investment sales experience to Transwestern having most recently served as Senior Vice President of Lincoln Property Company where he oversaw the marketing, management and new business development of their industrial practice.
Julian spent 11 years with Lincoln Property Company and during that time was consistently recognized as a top producer in Atlanta over that same period. Some of Julian's most notable successes while at Lincoln included the site selection and leasing of Office Depot's 550,000 square foot warehouse distribution center - a transaction that earned Julian the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtor's 2001 Deal of the Year award. Other notable transactions included national site selection and leasing of eight AutoNation USA Stores and site selection for Aldi Foods' 450,000 square foot to be constructed distribution facility in Jefferson, Georgia.
Julian is an active member of the Atlanta Board of Realtors and CoreNet Corporate Real Estate Network. He is a Lifetime Member of the Atlanta Board of Realtors Million Dollar Club and is past president of Real Estate Group of Atlanta (REGA). Other Memberships and honors include:
