Julie Hershman joined Real Estate Universe in 2005 as a licensed real estate professional specializing in the commercial real estate market in West Palm Beach. Mrs. Hershman has a Bachelors of Business Administration with a major in accounting from Florida Atlantic University and earned her CPA designation in 1983. In addition to managing commercial real estate, Mrs. Hershman is a forensic CPA specializing in family law cases.
She was born in West Palm Beach, Florida and has resided there most of her life. Her familiarity with the growth in the region has made her very knowledgeable of the varied commercial real estate options that South Florida affords.
