Throughout his nearly 20-year career in commercial real estate, Justin Korinis has earned a reputation for consistently bringing a positive impact to his clients, colleagues, counterparts, and transactions. He is an experienced broker and consultant, focusing on tenant and landlord representation and property disposition. In addition to other projects, he currently leads the retail leasing and consulting team at Bell Works New Jersey and Bell Works Chicagoland, two mixed-use developments totaling over 3.6 million square feet. Over the years, Justin has represented a variety of tenants including Ahold Delhaize/Stop & Shop, Dos Toros Taqueria, honeygrow, Uncle Julio’s Mexican Kitchen, Anthony’s Coal-Fired Pizza, Mighty Quinn’s BBQ, Smashburger, Qdoba, TGI Friday’s, Wendy’s, Zinburger, Bloomin’ Brands, JP Morgan Chase Bank, FedEx Office, Skechers, [solidcore], Caliber Collision, 24 Hour Fitness, King’s/Balducci’s, Cracker Barrel, F45, Lotte Plaza Market, Shoppers World, Costco, Rite Aid, and Y7 Studio, among others.
