Justin Latone is the Senior Vice President, Leasing for SJ Collins Enterprises. He joined the company in 2016, bringing with him over eight years of experience as a Senior Leasing Director for Weingarten Realty. Currently, he and his team are responsible for several ground up specialty grocery anchored and mixed-use projects throughout the Southeast, Mid Atlantic, and Florida regions.
His primary responsibilities currently include managing third party leasing brokers as well as direct leasing assignments. In both scenarios, sourcing prospective tenants for appropriate tenant mix placement, and negotiating and finalizing both Letters of Intents and Leases, are his specialty. Justin has over 15 years of retail leasing experience working with national and regional operators and has excelled at generating interest and finalizing deals.
