Bio
Justin Liniado serves as Regional Leasing Manager at Mason Asset Management Inc., where he oversees leasing activity across portions of the firm's national retail real estate portfolio. He joined Mason Asset Management in August 2024 and is responsible for tenant representation, landlord representation, lease negotiations, and retail leasing strategy. His work supports the company's acquisition, management, disposition, and leasing platform across shopping center and retail assets throughout the United States.
Prior to joining Mason Asset Management, Liniado served as a Broker with Kassin Sabbagh Realty and spent more than five years as an Associate Broker at Schuckman Realty Inc., where he specialized in commercial real estate leasing and investment sales. Earlier in his career, he served as Associate Director of Multifamily Queens at CPEX Real Estate and worked as an Associate of Real Estate with Safra National Bank of New York, where he underwrote and analyzed loan portfolios and worked with high-net-worth clients. In addition to his brokerage career, he is the Principal of JEL Equities, a real estate investment company, and serves on the Board of Directors of the Stella Liniado Rainbow Foundation.
