Justin Stark is a partner and a seasoned producer with over 12 years of experience primarily focusing on identifying, structuring, and selling single tenant assets within the multi-unit consumer retail and industrial sectors. Justin’s practice aligns with and provides capital markets advisory services to a broad range of market participants including private equity funds, corporations, institutional investors, developers and private capital clients. Justin’s multi-dimensional value creation generates opportunity and results for his clients, creating separation from the market and positioning them for success.
Prior to joining CP Partners Justin was a managing director and partner in a net lease opportunity investment fund which focused on multi-unit build to suit development and sale leaseback financing. During this time Justin gained invaluable experience in acquisitions, capital raising, leasing, and asset management giving him a unique lens through which to collaborate with his clients on opportunities and strategy.
In working with his clients, Justin maintains personal involvement through every step of the transaction, favoring long-term relationships and quality over quantity. He enjoys the challenge and velocity of working on multiple projects, and the speed and variety of this business suits his approach. Justin is always looking for what’s next, developing his business and growing his own skills in transaction management on behalf of his clients.
