Sturdivant will lead recruiting and market expansion at Franklin Street while continuing to serve investment sales clients.
Sturdivant brings 18 years of industry experience, having most recently held the title of First Vice President. Over the course of his career, he has successfully closed 266 transactions totaling more than $694 million. He has earned multiple sales awards and was recognized in 2023 with the prestigious designation of Senior Investment Associate.
In 2015, Justin relocated to Nashville to expand his focus on middle-market owners across the Southeastern U.S.—an area he proudly refers to as "The SEC states".
