Justine joined Essex in 2019 as an Analyst with a focus on asset valuation, market research and transaction analysis. After nearly four years, she was promoted to Senior Analyst in June of 2023. She has been a part of nearly 60 transactions Including the sale of 775 units during her time at the company.
Prior to joining Essex, Justine worked in the HR department at a construction company. There, her main responsibilities included creating company policies, and both personnel and database management.
Outside of work, Justine is a member of the Real Estate Finance Forum (REFF), and enjoys donating to canine rescue & adoption centers across Chicago.
