Kai’s career began when he founded a successful furniture design and manufacturing business, which he led for almost 20 years. While leasing properties for his company, he was inspired to enter the world of commercial real estate. He has spent the last decade developing and executing his clients' real estate strategies across all asset classes. His market knowledge and community connections, combined with a cool-headed and analytical transaction approach, have earned him the trust of investors, landlords, and tenants alike.
