Bio
Karl is a Surveyor within the Commercial Lease Advisory department in the North West. Karl joined Fisher German in 2022 as a Graduate Surveyor within the Commercial team. Karl has experience within areas concerning commercial property which include lease advisory, property management and agency. Previous to working at Fisher German, Karl gained transferable skills within a planning consultancy.
Karl attended the University of Sheffield where he gained a Distinction in a Real Estate Masters Degree which focused on commercial property and valuations. Before completing this degree, he undertook an Undergraduate degree in Geography and Planning.
Karl currently lives in Northwich where he has recently relocated, in order to be closer to the Knutsford office. In his spare time, he enjoys baking and reading. Vegan baking has certainly been a big learning experience in the kitchen, although the end results have mostly been enjoyable to eat.
