Career History Prior to joining Kessinger/Hunter in 1998, Kathy was affiliated with the J.C. Nichols Company from 1994 through 1997 and was responsible for leasing 264,000 square feet of Plaza office buildings and 128,000 square feet of North Johnson County buildings. Currently Kathy acts as leasing agent for a tenant roster of 205 tenants in 325,000 square feet of office buildings in Kansas and Missouri. From 1985 through 1993, Kathy was responsible for leasing 193,000 square feet of Midtown office buildings, 128,000 square feet of office buildings in East Jackson County and 706,000 square feet of Downtown office buildings.
