I am a Colorado native and have spent over 25 years building, remodeling, and selling homes. I did not feel that giving up 6% or more of my equity was the right choice, so I worked to seek out other options. Our company uses technology to power listings in a way that traditional real estate agents did not have access to in the past. Brokers do not sell your homes - the presentation of the listing online is what sells your home - and I am here to help you make that happen for less!
