Katie completed her undergraduate degree at the University of South Carolina, where she received a BS in Retail Management. Prior to joining The Tuttle Company in 2018, she worked at Belk's corporate office in Charlotte, North Carolina, and held several positions with responsibilities in buying, planning, and merchandising. Katie has served in several roles at The Tuttle Company including Marketing Director, Vice President of Marketing, and now Vice President of Property Management. She manages a portfolio of 18 medical, office, and retail properties totaling ±500,000 SF. Katie also holds her South Carolina real estate license. She and her husband, Andy, live in Rock Hill, South Carolina, with their daughter Anna, their son Jack, and their Golden Retriever Lattie.
