Born in Santa Monica and growing up in West Los Angeles, the Westside of Los Angeles from Culver City to Malibu was known well by Keith. Surfing mainly on the Santa Monica shores and later skiing local mountains and Mammoth Mountain plus a few trips out of state.
Keith Endow beginning his real estate career in 1975, first to earn some ski money developed a personal and trusted real estate sales service. Quickly, getting his broker's license several years after obtaining the salesperson's license. Selling homes near where he went to school in West LA (Brockton Avenue Elementary School, Webster Junior High and University High School). As being a full-time agent and part time college student, Keith got his Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance with a specialty in Real Estate.
Working with a commercial developer, Byco, Inc. with good friend John Byers that was based in Newport Beach at the time and handle properties in Costa Mesa to Culver City. Moving back to Los Angeles in the mid 1980's as the real estate market was speeding up to slow down by the early 1990's. Keith was part of a boutique real estate brokerage, Bud Petrick and Associates based in Pacific Palisades which had a West Los Angeles branch office. Keith managed, the West Los Angeles branch until the company was merged into Prudential California Realty.
Prudential California Realty merged with Jon Douglas Company and Keith stayed through this transition. Later, the office in West Los Angeles was bought by NRT and now, Keith Endow was associated with Coldwell Banker where Keith earned awards for outstanding performance year after year. "I enjoyed over 12 years of association with some of the finest people in the real estate industry".
Keith Endow moved to Prudential California Realty in July 2012, he now on the way to long term plans for success. Now that Prudential California Realty has become Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties to expand the prestige of Warren Buffett's investment influence into the real estate sales market domestically as well as globally.
Keith is continuing to assist those needing professional assistance with their residential and commercial property needs. His motto: " Vision Action Celebration!" incorporates that when the task has been accomplished by title, escrow, property inspectors, accountants and other professionals that within Keith's network and outside advisors, too; there is celebration! Keith Endow brings his real estate experience to all size property owners.
