Kelly Parrett attended Northern State College, Aberdeen, SD in 1979. He has been a business owner and involved in sales and sales management since that time. In 2018, he became an independent Commercial Real estate agent with RE/MAX Commercial. Prior to that, he joined Lexstar Real Estate Services in 2000 as Director of Sales and took over Managing Broker duties in 2006. He was involved in all aspects of land development, build-to-suit opportunities, commercial sales / leasing, buyer / tenant representation and site selection. As Director of Sales, he managed the day-to-day operations of the Commercial Real Estate Division. Kelly also served as Property Coordinator for LRES and is responsible for the marketing and maintenance of the facilities managed by Lexstar which include Capital Square Office Complexes in both Fargo & Bismarck and the Veterans Square Retail Center. Before coming the Lexstar, Kelly was previously employed by Prudential LRES Realty and 17 years with Gourmet Award Foods / Tree of Life in various sales and management roles.
