I’m a REALTOR® with Real Broker serving Southside Virginia and the Lake Gaston region, with a special focus on helping business owners, investors, and property owners get real results from their real estate decisions. I combine more than two decades of technology, operations, and business experience with hands-on market knowledge to provide a calm, competent, and highly organized approach to every transaction. Before joining Real, I built my career in Information Systems and business management, overseeing complex technology environments, supporting hundreds of employees, and helping leadership teams make data-driven decisions. That background directly shapes how I work in real estate: I’m detail-oriented, process-minded, and comfortable managing multiple moving parts behind the scenes so my clients can stay focused on their goals. In commercial and residential real estate, I understand that every property is ultimately a business decision. I take the time to understand how each asset fits into the bigger picture—cash flow, expansion plans, operational needs, visibility, logistics, or long-term investment strategy. From there, I use a mix of market data, on-the-ground insight, and clear communication to help clients buy, sell, or reposition with confidence. My professional toolkit goes beyond contracts and lockboxes. I bring a strong technology skillset to marketing and analysis, including photography, videography, drone work, and digital marketing.
