Ken Hicks joined Michael Realty Company in 1994, specializing in retail and investment real estate; he became a partner in the firm in 2002. Ken is a licensed broker in both Ohio and Michigan and holds the designation of CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member), a mark of excellence awarded to fewer than 7,000 realtors worldwide. Ken earned a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration from Bowling Green State University where he majored in Finance. He is a Life Member of the Toledo Board of Realtors Million Dollar Club, a member of the TBR Grievance and Commercial/Industrial Committees, and a committee chairman of the International Council of Shopping Centers Ohio Dealmaking Session. Ken has represented several high-profile retail clients and has participated in more than 150 career transactions totaling over $40 million.
