Ken Hobson, is an office and industrial investments advisor exclusively representing buyers, sellers, and owner operators of investment properties. Ken joined the Orlando office as a Managing Director and leader of the Florida Office and Industrial Properties Team. Ken’s twenty years of experience in real estate as a Broker, Asset Manager, and Sales Manager provides the background and knowledge to help maximize clients’ return on their real estate investments. These services include but not limited to advisory, underwriting, valuation, sale, acquisition, and leaseback strategies for commercial asset owners and developers.
Mr. Hobson holds a B.S. degree in Information Systems from Rochester Institute of Technology. He is an active Crossfitter, soccer player and lacrosse referee, and enjoys the “Empty Nester” life with his wife Maura and dog “Philly”.
