I have been involved in real estate for my entire career; first as a CPA specializing in real estate taxation, then as President of Kenneth Allen Communities, a metro DC area homebuilder and since 1992 as a full time RE/MAX Realtor in Maryland, Virginia and Florida. I am a graduate of the University of Maryland with a degree in finance and hold a GRI designation (Graduate of the Realtors Institute). I sell more because I do more more. Areas served include Fort Myers Beach to Naples, Cape Coral and all of south Lee County. <br /><br />I do have a life besides real estate. I am active in our local chamber of commerce, with the local boy scouts and as a high school basketball referee.
