For over 30 years, Kevin Barry has been practicing commercial real estate brokerage and consulting. He has become one of the leading brokers within the Wisconsin market and serves clients locally, nationally and internationally
Kevin’s expertise is in the brokerage of investment, industrial, office and land development transactions, as well as special non-traditional assignments.
He has been called upon as an expert commercial witness in court, as a keynote speaker for both the Appraisal Institute and the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties, and as an advisor to numerous Fortune 1000 organizations.
He has and continues to serve on several commercial real estate committees and boards and is a member of the Commercial Institute of Real Estate Investment, the Wisconsin Commercial Association of Realtors (CARW) and the National Association of Realtors. Kevin serves on the advisory committee for Catylist/RediComps and has served as Chairman of the Ethics Committee of CARW.
