Bio
Kevin serves as the Senior Managing Director of the Industrial Brokerage Group in the Charleston office in the Carolinas and is responsible for real estate advisory and transaction services for institutional owners and corporate users. He specializes in advising clients with their site selection, lease negotiations, expansions, relocations, acquisitions, and dispositions with a primary focus on industrial transactions.
Kevin also collaborates with JLL’s Industrial Capital Markets team, arranging debt, equity, and investment sale solutions.
Experience
Kevin joined JLL in 2014 and was the second hire in the JLL Charleston office. Since joining JLL, Kevin has been a key member of growing the Charleston office to a team of 20 professionals with more than $800,000,000 in office and industrial transactions.
Kevin has a broad range of experience working with institutional owners and corporate users in South Carolina and nationwide.
Nationally, Kevin serves on JLL’s Supply Chain and Logistics Services team.

Education and affiliations
Kevin is a graduate of the Hampden Sydney College, where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Commerce with a concentration in Finance. He was a four year member of the nationally ranked Varsity Lacrosse team.
Kevin is a Licensed Real Estate Broker in South Carolina and has completed the requirements for Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), an elite designation earned by less than 6% of Commercial Real Estate professionals. Kevin is a graduate of of the Class of 2018 Leadership Charleston and received the CoStar Power Broker award from 2017-2025.
