Kevin W. Crystal, of Coldwell Banker Commercial, based in Crestview Florida, is an 8-year veteran of the real estate industry and has represented clients all over the world in multiple 7 and 8 figure real estate transactions.
Kevin has built a solid foundation of clients in Florida and Alabama through his professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to always put his client’s needs first.
He studied project management and received his Master’s degree at Northwest Florida State College and Liberty University, and afterward began work in real estate sales and investment. Passionate about income producing assets in real estate, Kevin has continued to leverage his know-how and experience to exceed his client’s expectations.
Active in the community, Kevin is a proud part of the multiple community initiatives as well as a public servant as a member of the City of Defuniak Springs Florida’s City Council.
In his free time, Kevin is an avid real estate investor, work-out enthusiast and loves to read. But one of his consuming passions is spending time learning about and implementing ways to solve real estate problems, such as the affordability of housing for all income brackets, with his colleagues in the industry.
