Bio
Mr. Donohoe joined ML Realty Partners in 2019 and leads acquisition efforts across the Chicago area. He is responsible for sourcing, underwriting, and executing new industrial investment and development opportunities, supported by strong relationships among the brokerage, ownership, and capital markets communities.
Prior to ML Realty Partners, Mr. Donohoe spent nearly two decades in Chicago commercial real estate including Sterling Bay, MB Real Estate (now Transwestern) and Studley (now Savills).
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from the Richard T. Farmer School of Business at Miami University and is an active member of the Chicago chapter of NAIOP.
