Kevin brings over three decades of experience spanning business ownership, startup and operational management, information technology, general aviation, specialized manufacturing, education training, and commercial real estate to his career as a real estate professional.
While completing his Bachelor of Arts in History at Florida State University, Kevin started his first company, a professional services IT company. He grew this company over 30 years to service medical, legal, and general business clients. Kevin has founded and built other companies including a custom gunsmithing company and an IT company focused in the medical transcription industry. Kevin established the Warrenton Aviation Flying Club in 2009. Kevin is also a licensed commercial real estate agent specializing in providing commercial real estate services, in conjunction with business consulting and development.
Leveraging his insights gained from all levels of business planning, Kevin integrates his understanding of business and economic dynamics when assisting clients. He listens attentively and assists in prioritization of a business owners’ objectives and ambitions in achieving successful business planning and development.
Kevin and his wife are in Northern Virginia, having raised three children and seeing them start their path toward being productive adults and future business owners. Kevin is currently a Former President of the Rotary Club of Warrenton, President of the Commercial Industrial Land Exchange (CILE), a member of the Mid-Atlantic Real Estate Marketing Association (MAREMA), and member of the Carolina Virginia Business Brokers Association (CVBBA).
