Kevin joins us as Managing Director in the Philadelphia office as a part of the Eastern PA/Southern NJ/DE Industrial team, focusing on the southeastern PA submarket.
Kevin is a seasoned real estate broker with more than 19 years of experience in the industry. Over the course of his career, Kevin has developed deep expertise in southeastern Pennsylvania’s industrial market, specializing in project agency leasing, tenant representation, and investment sales. He has successfully guided institutional owners and private companies through acquisitions, dispositions, new leases, and lease restructurings.
Prior to joining C&W, Kevin was a Partner at SSH Real Estate, where he led the suburban office and brokerage team, bringing a strong focus to agency leasing and property sales.
Kevin resides in West Chester, Pennsylvania, with his wife and their three young children, ages 7, 5, and 3. Outside of work, he enjoys family time, cheering on Philly sports teams, and getting out on the golf course.
