Before joining RCB, he was a Senior Associate with Avison Young, specializing in the brokerage of leased and owned industrial properties throughout the Denver Metro area. Kevin focused on helping manufacturers develop strategic objectives related to their physical footprint. During his tenure, he was involved in sourcing and managing about $230 million worth of transactions, totaling about 2.5 million SF of warehouse space. Kevin graduated from the University of North Florida with a B.S. in Finance.
