With more than two decades in commercial real estate, Kevin Langtry has built his career seeing complex deals through to the finish line. Having served as Managing Director and First Vice President, he has been a trusted advisor to property owners and clients ranging from startups to Fortune 500 companies.
His experience spans office, retail, industrial, land, and redevelopment properties throughout Westchester, the Hudson Valley, and Fairfield County. His client roster reflects that range: Cornell University Veterinarians, Sabra Dipping Co., Captain Lawrence Brewing Co., American Christmas, and GE, among others. Every type of business brings its own real estate challenges, and Kevin has built his practice around understanding those nuances.
