Kevin moved to Austin in 1995 from Southeast Texas and has never looked back. The city’s relaxed lifestyle was in line with where Kevin felt he was meant to plant his roots. Fast-forward to present and Kevin has been in the top 5% of Realtors in Greater Austin since 2005, counting over 600 transactions and hundreds of satisfied clients as his accomplishments since he earned his license in 1999. Kevin’s focus in Residential Real Estate lies in the Greater Austin Metro, including Downtown/Central/East/West/Northwest Austin, Cedar Park. Leander, Round Rock, Georgetown, Pflugerville, Liberty Hill and Waterfront/Luxury Homes.
Kevin focuses a great amount of his real estate activity into where he has called home since 2003, Avery Ranch in Far North Austin, where he has sold more homes than any other full-service Realtor since 2009.
Since joining the ranks of Commercial Real Estate Agents, Kevin has had the luxury of working with non-profit organizations, medical practices, manufacturing/distribution companies, small business owners, investors, developers, builders and homeowners’ associations. He feels that being versed in multiple facets of real estate, Commercial and Residential, will benefit his client base not only from a micro-perspective, yet also from a more macro-sense than one is able to do when only focusing on one aspect of real estate.
