Kevin Reavey has served as Senior Vice President, Acquisitions & Dispositions for Brixmor Property Group since September 2019.
Prior to joining Brixmor, Kevin was a Senior Vice President at CBRE, where he worked with a mixture of institutions, developers and foreign and private capital sources with a focus on institutional-grade retail in the southeastern U.S. During this tenure, Kevin led or executed more than 150 transactions totaling $5.4 billion in consideration. He began his real estate career as an Analyst at Trammell Crow Company where he gained experience in investment sales, leasing and property management across multiple real estate asset classes.
Kevin served ten years as an Intelligence Officer in the United States Army Reserve, including a year-long deployment to Iraq in 2010.
