Kevin brings a unique perspective to retail leasing in Vancouver, having spent the last decade leading sales teams at global consumer packaged goods companies, including Coca-Cola and Nestlé, in London, England. He combines deep insight into consumer behavior with a strategic understanding of brand positioning and market entry. His experience working with global retailers and navigating complex regulatory environments allows him to confidently advise tenants and landlords on creative, data-driven solutions and make the most of underutilized spaces. He is passionate about helping clients unlock the full potential of their properties by aligning tenant mix with evolving retail trends and consumer expectations.
In his previous role, he was responsible for building the international sales team focused on exporting pharmaceutical goods into new markets across Europe, Australia, and New Zealand. Under his leadership, the team grew the company’s international revenues from zero in 2021 to over $30 million per year by 2025.
