With a strong foundation in real estate and nearly two decades of hands-on experience, I bring a deep understanding of investment properties, property management, and market strategy.
I earned my Bachelor of Science in Real Estate from the University of West Georgia in December 2005. Shortly after, I relocated to Louisville, Kentucky, where I obtained my real estate license in March 2006. By 2007, I had shifted my focus to working with real estate investors and REO (bank-owned) properties, gaining valuable expertise in distressed assets and value-add opportunities.
In 2008, I launched my own property management company, where I've been committed to delivering reliable, professional service to both investors and tenants ever since. From acquisitions and rehab oversight to tenant placement and ongoing management, I’ve been working diligently to help clients grow and protect their real estate portfolios.
