Kim has started several business lines in her career, most notably launching Thrive Real Estate & Development Groups. Her career in the thrift industry spans more than 25 years and she hassled her team to expand the Goodwill real estate portfolio to more than 100 locations.
Her expertise in thrift real estate has made her a well-known resource in the industry. She frequently hosts webinars and participates on panels at events. She analyzes demographics for long-term planning, makes strategic financial decisions, and implements plans quickly and efficiently.
Kim is a steadfast leader who creates and guides high-achieving teams while optimizing internal operations. She holds an active Real Estate Salesperson License with the Arizona Department of Real Estate, serves as Western Division Retail Chair for the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC),and has been an active member for over 15 years
