Before joining Paladin Partners, Kipp spent 16+ years at Binswanger in Dallas focusing on Industrial Site Selection, Project Leasing and dispositions consulting for some of the largest Fortune 500 companies and institutional investors across the United States.
Kipp will continue cultivating his relationships in the Dallas/Fort Worth area and beyond. Kipp is a life-long Dallas resident, growing up in Lake Highlands and graduated from Southern Methodist University.
