Korey Ryan, SIOR is an Executive Vice President of Logistics & Industrial Advisory Services in the Indianapolis office of Colliers International. Partnering with Cam Kucic, SIOR, Korey specializes in the leasing, sales, and development of industrial real estate across Indiana and throughout the United States.
Korey brings extensive expertise in all aspects of industrial real estate, with a particular focus on Tenant Representation. Recognized as a rising leader in the field, he has developed and executed strategic corporate real estate solutions for numerous prominent companies nationwide. Korey’s approach emphasizes providing comprehensive analyses of how real estate decisions impact his clients’ operations—both functionally and financially. By creating innovative strategies and identifying cost-saving opportunities, he helps clients optimize their operations and improve their financial performance.
