Kris has built a successful career at BECO Management by integrating tenant service into everything she does, be it in the long-term relationships she manages with brokers, keeping a deep reservoir of market and industry knowledge, or in her day-to-day interactions with prospective and current tenants. She focuses both on leasing new office space, as well as maintaining positive and proactive partnerships with existing tenants as they look to renew. BECO charges Kris and others with making sure tenants “Experience the Extraordinary,” and she realizes this starts well in advance of signing a lease and moving in. For a brief period before joining BECO Management Kris worked with Smithy Braedon ONCOR International, as a Commercial Real Estate Junior Broker. Before this, she also worked for Long & Foster Companies as an Assistant Real Estate Agent. Kris has served as the Co-Chair for the Howard County Leadership’s Big Event for the past three years and in 2012 will be the Chair. In 2001, she also was certified from Leadership in Howard County. Kris graduated from the University of Maryland in 1993 with a Bachelors of Arts in Speech Communications.
