A graduate of the New York City College of Technology, Kris Jimenez is a Queens native. After a decade long career as a NYC paramedic, he decided to build a more satisfying career in industrial and commercial real estate. Kris has focused on assisting outer-borough specific clients with their industrial, office, creative space and retail needs. Since joining DY Realty in 2011, he has demonstrated his negotiating abilities by leasing spaces as small as 2,500 square feet to selling 100,000+ square feet industrial sites. He is fluent in both English and Spanish.
