Kristina D’Amico is a Vice President in JLL’s Hotels and Hospitality Group, based in the firm’s Miami office. With 14 years of experience at HVS Consulting & Valuation, D’Amico brings a wealth of expertise to her role, where she focuses on client services and portfolio growth in the southern U.S., Latin America, and the Caribbean.
During her tenure at HVS in Miami, D’Amico played a pivotal role in the valuation of hospitality properties valued at more than $5 billion. She has conducted in-depth feasibility studies and valuations for luxury hotels, resorts, mixed-use developments, and branded residential components across the Caribbean, Mexico, and other Latin American markets.
At JLL, D’Amico is part of the global hotel asset management team, which oversees 135 hotels valued at over $15 billion. Her extensive experience and strong market knowledge enable her to provide strategic guidance and drive growth within the hospitality sector.
