Kyle Adams joined Stream’s Southern California office in 2025 as an Associate in the Industrial Advisory Services platform, specializing in tenant representation. He works closely with Wes Hunnicutt and Matt Moore, focusing exclusively on representing tenants and industrial real estate users in lease/renewal negotiations, consolidations, expansions, and building purchases.
Before joining Stream, Kyle spent four years as an Associate at a landlord-focused firm. Driven by his passion for working with businesses rather than landlords, he transitioned to Stream to collaborate with Wes and Matt.
In his free time, Kyle enjoys playing guitar, fishing, and snowboarding.
