Kyle Arnold serves as a Senior Managing Director in the company’s Denver office. Arnold leads consulting initiatives focused on health system portfolio enablement, ambulatory growth and data-centric location strategy and operating model advisory for system real estate departments. Working closely with professionals across Newmark’s integrated healthcare service line, including Capital Markets, Leasing, Property Management and Consulting, he delivers holistic solutions for healthcare end-users and investors.
With more than a decade of experience advising health systems and institutional investors on real estate strategy, Arnold has played a pivotal role in shaping forward-looking real estate strategies for major healthcare organizations across the U.S. with prior roles at Common Spirit Health, CBRE, Healthcare Trust of America and JLL.
