Kyle has over $2 billion worth of transaction experience in his over 10 years in the multifamily industry. His experiences include both investments and brokering institutional and private capital multifamily assets. Kyle previously worked at Greystar and Cushman & Wakefield before founding K. Chase & Company.
Kyle graduated from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business with a degree in Finance and Business Economics with a minor in Economics.
Kyle enjoys spending time with his wife, two young daughters, and English Lab playing outside, enjoying the Asheville mountains, or relaxing on a beach in Charleston. He also enjoys playing golf in his little free time.
