As Managing Director of Portfolio Management at PEG, Kyle heads the firm’s residential investment strategies, leads product offerings for institutional and private wealth clients, and oversees investment sourcing and execution. Kyle plays a key role in advancing PEG’s residential investment platform, leveraging an institutional approach with an entrepreneurial mindset to identify and execute high-quality opportunities.
Before joining PEG, Kyle was Managing Director at Greystar, where he started and led the firm’s loan origination platform. He also served as Senior Vice President at Vanbarton Group, overseeing Western U.S. acquisitions and loan originations, and as Vice President at CIM Group, sourcing and executing investments across credit, core, value-add, and opportunistic strategies. Kyle brings extensive experience in principal investing, structured finance, portfolio management, and capital formation. He has successfully executed acquisitions of real estate assets across the risk spectrum, originated bridge and construction loans, and structured both equity and debt financing solutions.
Kyle holds a Bachelor of Arts in History and American Studies from Tulane University and an MBA from the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley.
