Bio
Kyle Kidd is a Vice President with Colliers’ Industrial Capital Markets team, specializing in the acquisition and disposition of industrial assets across Florida, Georgia, and the broader Southeast. He advises institutional owners, private investors, and developers on strategic sales execution, capital positioning, and value maximization within the region’s rapidly evolving industrial sector.
Prior to joining the Capital Markets platform, Kyle was a member of Colliers’ Industrial Services Group and a Partner at Apex Industrial Real Estate Advisors where he focused on Landlord and tenant representation throughout Central Florida and Atlanta Georgia. In those roles, he executed leasing and tenant representation assignments across distribution, logistics, and manufacturing assets, providing clients with data driven guidance on occupancy strategy, site selection, and lease negotiations. His hands on experience working directly with occupiers provides a unique perspective in capital markets, allowing him to advise investors with a deep understanding of tenant demand, leasing velocity, and market fundamentals.
Throughout his career, Kyle has completed transactions on behalf of institutional and private owners as well as national occupiers. Notable experience includes the $38.5 million off-market sale of Waterside Business Center, a 284,000 square foot business park in Pinellas County. His client portfolio has included prominent landlords such as Brennan, Westmount, Investcorp, and Stonelake Capital.
A Tampa native, Kyle serves clients throughout the region. He earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the College of Coastal Georgia and was actively involved with the Young Council of Realtors within the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors early in his career. A former Division I collegiate golfer, he brings a disciplined, competitive, and strategic mindset to capital markets advisory.
