Kyle Kidd is a trusted advisor in Colliers’ Industrial Services Group, specializing in landlord and tenant representation for industrial assets across West Florida and the Southeast. He delivers tailored solutions for institutional owners, private investors, and national occupiers, helping clients navigate complex leasing, acquisition, and disposition strategies.
Kyle has led high-impact transactions across a range of industrial property types, including distribution centers, logistics hubs, and manufacturing facilities. Notable deals include the $38.5 million off-market sale of Waterside Business Center, a 284,000 SF business park in Pinellas County. His client portfolio features leading landlords such as Brennan, Westmount, Investcorp, and Stonelake Capital, and tenants including TSA, Ring Power, and South Florida Produce.
A Tampa, FL native, Kyle continues to call the city home while serving clients throughout the Southeast. He is a graduate of the College of Coastal Georgia, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, and operations. Earlier in his career, Kyle was actively involved with the Young Council of Realtors Committee at the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors, contributing to industry engagement and professional development.
