Kyle Newswanger is a Senior Associate in the Capital Markets Group for Colliers International Dallas-Fort Worth where he specializes in acquisitions and dispositions of Self-Storage and Flex-Industrial properties throughout Texas and surrounding states. Prior to joining Colliers International, Kyle worked at Thornbury Capital where he was Vice President of Self-Storage and served a two-year tenure at Marcus & Millichap where he specialized in self-storage investment sales. During his career Kyle has earned numerous awards and achievements including the Top Commercial Real Estate Agents 2022 award from Fort Worth Inc. He is also an involved member in the Texas Self Storage Association.
Education
Kyle graduated from The University of Texas at Dallas where he obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance with a concentration in Real Estate Investments.
