Kyle Poulson specializes in all aspects of commercial real estate in the Dallas-Fort Worth area and the United States. He has served on Transwestern's Fort Worth Executive Committee since 2002.
Kyle has negotiated more than 800 commercial real estate transactions since 1994, with a total consideration of more than $1.2 billion.
His areas of specialization include: Tenant Representation, including analysis of lease structure, tenant finish, operating expenses and lease cost analysis; Investment Acquisitions; and Office Building Sales, including analysis of office building proformas.
Kyle received a bachelor's degree in Speech Communication and Business Marketing from Texas Christian University in Fort Worth.
