Lane Holbert has focused solely on all facets of industrial real estate brokerage (land, buildings, and investment sales) for over 30 years. Prior to forming his own firm, Lane was a Managing Director and Principal at Foundry Commercial, Senior Vice President and Principal at Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer where he was a member of Cushman & Wakefield’s Food Industries Group.
Before Thalhimer, Lane was a Senior Vice President and Principal with Cassidy Turley for 11 years and led their National Food & Beverage Practice Group. As a recognized leader in the greater Charlotte Industrial Market, Lane has provided representation to some of the largest and most significant Landlords, Tenants, Buyers, and Sellers in the region, providing services related to acquisition, disposition, investment sales, build-to-suit, and leasing of industrial properties.
Lane is a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) and Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM).
