I became a REALTOR® almost 10 years ago because I truly like people and enjoy helping. That is why a part of every sale I have the privilege of representing goes to the Children’s Miracle Network® and Susan G Komen Sold For the Cure®. I was born and raised in the Bella Vista section of South Philadelphia, where I also owned and operated a fine lighting fixture store for 10 years. I've had a 30-year career with the Department of Homeland Security and currently live in Fox Chase, with my wife of 34 years. I am committed to the highest professional standards, am results-oriented and genuinely love what I do! I've handled commercial and residential purchases, sales and rehabs in Philadelphia, Montgomery, Delaware and Bucks Counties. For the past 9 years, RE/MAX has been my agency of choice. I’ve earned "2014 Agent of the Year” with RE/MAX Regency and achieved “Executive Sales Status” with RE/MAX International in 2014 & 2015. I am a member of the Montgomery County Association of REALTORS®, Pennsylvania Association of REALTORS®, and the National Association of REALTORS®. In my free time, I volunteer at Jeanes Hospital, am a member of the Fox Chase Home Owners Association, have been on the Fox Chase Re-zoning Committee and enjoy gardening, traveling and photography.
